• Stay dates and number of guests

• Identity document details (required by Italian law for reporting to authorities)

• Payment details — securely handled by booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

• To manage your booking and your stay

• To communicate with you before, during and after your arrival

• To fulfil legal obligations (reporting guests to the Italian Police via Alloggiati Web, and statistical data to ISTAT)

• To send you offers and promotions, only if you give us your consent

How long we keep your data

Booking-related data is kept for 10 years for tax compliance purposes. Data used for marketing communications is deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with:

• Italian State Police (legal obligation)

• ISTAT Umbria Region (legal obligation)

• The booking platform you used (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO/Expedia)

• Lodgify, the software we use to manage bookings
